SAP Business One is sold and implemented by partners, so much of what you get in India depends on the partner. Ask for these in writing.

Which GST returns, e-invoice and e-way bill steps work inside the system, and what each one costs. How your Tally data comes across and how it is checked. Where the cloud option is hosted. What the licence and the yearly maintenance cost, per user and in total. Who answers when something breaks after go-live.

Is Odoo better than SAP Business One?

Both are full ERPs for small and midsize businesses. SAP Business One fits best when your group already runs SAP. Odoo fits when you want website, e-commerce, helpdesk and HR on the same database as your accounts, with a fixed-price go-live.
