Does it work where there is no network?
Yes. The mobile app holds the day’s jobs and syncs when signal returns, which matters on sites where coverage is unreliable.
Can we bill differently per contract?
Yes. A job can be billed at a fixed price, on time and material, or against a prepaid contract, set per customer.
Do engineers need training?
Very little for the mobile side — it is a task list and a worksheet. Planning and billing take a short session with the office team.
