One yearly price per company, set by how many people use Odoo daily. Light users are free: people who only approve, view reports and dashboards, or use self-service (payslips, leave, attendance, timesheets, the portal), plus your CA’s login. Anyone who creates or edits records as part of their daily work, such as invoices, orders or stock moves, is a daily user. Every band is on our pricing page.

Yes. We migrate your chart of accounts, masters and open balances, then verify the result against your existing trial balance before you switch.

It depends on scope — which modules, how much data, and how many locations. The free demo produces a phased timeline for your specific setup, so you know before committing anything.

Monitoring, daily backups, version upgrades and GST and payroll rule changes are included in every plan, and monthly Success Credits cover small changes. Support is by ticket and email, Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 IST, with phone and screen share on higher plans.

You leave with a full copy of your database, your files and the source code of modules built for you, free of charge. Your own IT team or any Odoo partner can take over.
