Does it cover leased and owned vehicles?
Yes. Both are tracked, with lease contracts carrying their own dates, instalments, and end-of-term reminders.
Can drivers log fuel themselves?
Yes. Fuel entries can be logged with a photograph of the bill, which is what keeps per-vehicle cost honest.
Does fleet cost reach the accounts?
Yes. Vehicle expenses post to the ledger like any other cost, so the fleet total in accounts and in the fleet report agree.
