Do you offer Odoo consulting, or only implementation?
Both. Odoo consulting comes first: we map how your business runs and advise on what fits before you commit. Our Odoo implementation services then cover the whole project — configuration, data migration including Tally to Odoo, customisation, integrations, training, go-live and support afterwards.
Who do you usually work with?
Growing Indian businesses that have outgrown Tally and spreadsheets, across manufacturing, trade, retail, healthcare, and travel. We work with teams of 20 users and more.
Does the price go up with more users?
Not per user. If you own it, we charge nothing per user as your team grows. If we host it, the yearly plan is sized by how many people use Odoo at the same time, so it changes only if that number outgrows your plan.
Should we own Odoo or have you host it?
Both work, and neither has per-user fees. Owning means the open-source edition of Odoo on your own server — in the cloud or in your office — for one fixed implementation fee, with an annual maintenance contract (AMC) if you want one. If we host it, you pay the same fixed implementation fee plus one yearly hosting-and-support plan, sized by how many people use Odoo at the same time, not per user. We help you choose based on team size, the apps you need and how you prefer to pay.
Will our books still match after moving from Tally?
Yes. We migrate your chart of accounts, masters and open balances, then verify the result against your existing trial balance before you switch.
What if we want to leave you?
If you own Odoo, you already have the server, the database, the admin passwords and the documentation, and any Odoo partner can take over. If we host it, we hand over a full export of your data at no charge.
