Will it produce payslips our staff recognise?
Yes. Salary structures are rebuilt from your current payslip, so the components, deductions and layout stay familiar after the switch.
How do you avoid getting the first payroll wrong?
We run a full month in parallel with your existing process and reconcile every payslip before going live. Nothing switches over until the numbers match.
Does payroll post to accounts on its own?
Yes. Each payroll run creates its journal entry in accounting, so the month-end salary entry is not typed again.
Can we connect our biometric attendance device?
Usually yes, depending on the device. We confirm what is possible during scoping rather than promising it upfront, and manual or app-based marking works either way.
