Can it handle our own leave policy?
Yes. Leave types, accrual rules, carry-forward limits, and encashment are configured to your policy rather than a default.
What about half-days and short leave?
Both are supported, along with hourly leave where you need it, and each is reflected in the balance and in payroll.
Can approvals follow our hierarchy?
Yes. Approval routes follow the reporting line on the employee record, with a second level where your policy needs one.
