Odoo · Spreadsheet
The sheet that never goes stale.
Pivots and formulas built directly on live Odoo data, so the working file your team loves does not need a fresh export every Monday.
What you get
Excel habits, live numbers.
- 01
No more export and paste
Cells read from Odoo directly, so the sheet is current when it opens instead of current on the day it was built.
- 02
The formulas people know
Pivots, filters, and conditional formatting behave as your team expects, so nobody has to learn a reporting tool.
- 03
Anything you can query
Pipeline, sales orders, project cost, or stock — if it is in Odoo, it can be a live sheet rather than a monthly ritual.
- 04
Shared, not emailed
The sheet lives in the system with access rules, so there is one version rather than four attachments named final.
One database
Spreadsheet is connected to the rest.
Same records, same stock, same books — nothing to sync, export or re-enter.
How you pay
Own it, or we host it.
One fixed fee
For the whole implementation, quoted after the demo.
No per-user cost
No per-user fees, own or hosted.
No lock-in
Own it: every key handed over. If we host it, a full export of your data at no charge.
Questions
Spreadsheet questions we get first.
Can we still use Excel?
Yes. Sheets can be exported when you need to send one out. The difference is that the working copy stops being the stale one.
Can we import our existing spreadsheets?
Yes, and the useful step afterwards is replacing the pasted columns with live ones so it stops needing maintenance.
Who can see a sheet?
Access follows the same rules as the rest of the system, so a costing sheet is not open to everyone by accident.
