Any app family the package does not cover is added at fixed hours, so the quote stays transparent. Each extra company adds 15% to the package; a marketplace connector is 12 hours; extra years of Tally history are 8–16 hours.

Next to Odoo Enterprise
Odoo S.A. licenses Odoo Enterprise per user. Its India price list shows Standard at ₹725 per user a month and Custom at ₹1,350 per user a month on yearly billing (₹580 and ₹1,080 for the first 12 months, for the users first ordered). That is the licence only; implementation is extra. A Shellkube plan is one price per company and already includes hosting in India, support, upgrades and free logins for approvers, self-service and your CA.

Go-live date guarantee
If we miss the agreed go-live date by more than 15 days for reasons on our side, 10% of the package price is refunded for every 15 days of delay, up to 30%.
99.5% uptime
On cloud plans, every month. Each 0.5% shortfall earns a credit of 5% of that month's fee, up to 25%.
Price held for your term
Prices hold for the signed term, and renewal increases are capped at 7% a year.
Your data and code stay yours
On exit you get, free, a full database dump, the filestore and the source of modules built for you, with 60 days of read-only access.

Success Credits: later changes at a fixed price
Every plan includes monthly credits. One credit is roughly one consultant hour. Included credits roll over for three months; purchased packs never expire. Custom modules outside the menu are quoted at a fixed price before work starts, and you own the code.

Uptime SLA: 99.5% a month on cloud plans, excluding announced maintenance on Sundays between 01:00 and 05:00 IST. Each 0.5% shortfall earns a credit of 5% of that month's fee, up to 25%.

- Annual billing. Two months free against the monthly list price, for any client paying yearly.
- 3-year plan. Your price is frozen for 3 years, plus bonus Success Credits equal to 3 months' allowance each year. Billed yearly.
- Startups and micro units. 50% off year one on the 5-user band for DPIIT-recognised startups and Udyam micro enterprises.
- Founding 50. 20% off the first term for the first 50 clients who agree to a case study and a video testimonial.
- Industry cluster. 15% off year one for each member, plus shared training, when 5 or more members of one industrial association sign within 90 days.
- Referral. ₹10,000 credit to the client who refers you, and 5 Success Credits for you.
- CA partner programme. Registered chartered accountants and consultants earn 15% of the subscription in year one and 10% after, plus a free multi-client advisor login.
One percentage discount applies at a time; annual billing and the 3-year price freeze can sit alongside it.

Payment terms, exit and your data
- All prices in ₹, excluding GST at 18%. Clients deducting TDS share Form 16A each quarter.
- Subscription billed yearly in advance (two months free) or monthly at list price through UPI AutoPay or e-NACH, with a 12-month minimum term.
- The term starts on go-live day, or 90 days after kick-off if go-live is held up on your side.
- Setup is paid in four instalments tied to outcomes (35/30/25/10%). Invoices are due within 15 days.
- Daily users are reviewed every quarter; up to 10% over the band is free until renewal.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices hold for the signed term, and renewal increases are capped at 7% a year.
- 60 days of free bug fixes on delivered configuration and custom modules after go-live.
- Modules built specifically for you belong to you, with source code, under LGPL-3.
- On exit you receive, free, a full PostgreSQL database dump, the filestore and the source of your own modules, with 60 days of read-only access.

Odoo pricing questions
What is the Odoo price in India with Shellkube?
One price per company per year, set by daily users: from ₹22,000 a year for up to 5 daily users on Core, plus a fixed Go-Live Package for setup from ₹39,000. All prices exclude 18% GST.
What counts as a daily user?
Anyone who logs in to do operational work. Your band is the smallest one that fits your daily users, and daily users are reviewed every quarter.
Do light users cost extra?
No, there is no limit on them. Light users are free: people who only approve, view reports and dashboards, or use self-service (payslips, leave, attendance, timesheets, the portal), plus your CA's login. Anyone who creates or edits records as part of their daily work, such as invoices, orders or stock moves, is a daily user.
What happens if we cross our band?
You can run up to 10% over your band (at least one user) at no extra cost until renewal. Beyond that, the next band is billed pro rata. Moving down a band takes effect at renewal.
What if we have more than one company?
Each band includes a number of companies (see the table). Each extra company costs 15% of the plan price a year, capped at ₹39,000 per company.
Can we run it on our own server?
Yes. On-premise is an annual licence at 75% of the cloud price, plus a one-time install of ₹25,000 on your server. Support and upgrades stay included.
Are e-invoices and e-way bills limited?
No. Unlimited e-invoices and e-way bills, GSTR-1/3B data, GSTR-2B reconciliation and MSME 45-day payment tracking are in every plan.
Where is our data hosted?
In India. Cloud plans include daily backups kept 30 days and a 99.5% monthly uptime SLA. We sign a data processing agreement under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 with every client.
What does setup cost?

How does paying against outcomes work?
The package is paid in four parts: 35% at kick-off and signed scope, 30% when the first live GST invoice or e-invoice is issued from Odoo, 25% when the first full month is closed in Odoo and GSTR-1 data is generated, and 10% when 30-day hypercare ends with no open P1 or P2 issue.
When does billing start?
The yearly subscription starts on go-live day, not at signing. If go-live is held up on your side, billing starts 90 days after kick-off.
What if we leave?
You receive, free of charge, a full PostgreSQL database dump, the filestore and the source code of modules built for you, with 60 days of read-only access.
What support is included?
Standard support is in every plan: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, by ticket and email. Extended support (6 days, 07:00 to 23:00 IST, plus phone and screen share) and 24×7 Critical cost extra, and are included free from 75 and 151 users.
Are the prices with GST?
All prices are in rupees and exclude GST at 18%. The calculator shows your first year with and without GST.
How is this different from Odoo Enterprise pricing?
Odoo Enterprise is licensed by Odoo S.A. per user; its current prices are on odoo.com. A Shellkube plan is one price per company, set by daily users, and it already includes hosting in India, upgrades, support, unlimited e-invoicing, and free light users who only approve, view or use self-service.
