How many modules you switch on
Accounting alone costs less than accounting, inventory and manufacturing together. A two-user trading firm and a ₹20 crore manufacturer are not the same job.
How much data has to move
A clean Tally Prime file with two years of history is a smaller job than fifteen years across several GSTINs.
How much is custom
Standard Odoo configured well is the cheapest path. Custom modules and integrations are scoped and priced separately.
How many people use it
The annual figure follows how many people actually use the system, so a ten-person team and a hundred-person team do not pay the same.

Why is there no price list on this page?
Because a number here would be a guess. What you pay depends on the modules you run, how much data moves, and how much is custom. The free demo turns that into a fixed figure before you commit to anything.
Is the implementation price really fixed?
Yes, for the scope you approve. If you later ask for something outside that scope, we quote it separately. You never get an invoice for hours you did not agree to.
Do we pay Odoo licence fees on top?
We do not add a per-seat licence markup. If your setup needs paid third-party services, we tell you what they cost before you commit rather than passing them through later.
What happens if our team grows?
Your plan follows active users, so it moves with your headcount in both directions. Add people mid-year and we adjust at renewal rather than penalising you for growing.
Is the assessment really free?
Yes. You get a walkthrough of your current setup, a demo built for your industry, a phased plan, and a fixed quote. There is no obligation and no card needed.
