Shellkube Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. implements, migrates, hosts, and supports Odoo ERP for businesses in India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Shellkube Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

We collect information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and whatever you write in an enquiry or demo request form.

We also collect basic technical information when you browse the site — pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and referring site. This comes from standard web analytics and is used in aggregate.

During an implementation we handle business data inside your Odoo system: accounting records, customer and supplier details, stock, and payroll, depending on which modules you run. That data is yours. We access it only to do the work you have engaged us for.

To respond to your enquiry, set up and run a demo, prepare a scope and quote, and deliver and support the work you engage us for.

To keep the service running: hosting, backups, monitoring, patches, and troubleshooting.

To meet our own legal, accounting, and tax obligations in India.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
