Odoo customization

Odoo Customization Services.
Built around how you work.

Approvals, reports, workflows and connections to other software, built specifically for you by the team that implements and supports your Odoo.

What we customise.

Odoo already covers most of how a business runs. Customisation fills the gaps that are specific to yours, so your team works the way it already does, in one system.

Workflows & approvals

Approval steps, roles and rules shaped around how your business already runs.

Forms & fields

The records your team works in, with the fields and checks your process needs.

Reports & dashboards

Reports built on your own data, so the numbers your team asks for are one click away.

Integrations

Connections to other software, built specifically for you.

Data migration

Chart of accounts, ledgers, masters and open balances move across and are checked.

GST & multi-company

Multiple GSTINs and state-wise place-of-supply rules, set up for your registrations.

Built to last.

Custom work is only worth it if it keeps working after go-live, after updates and if you ever change partners.

Modules you own

If you ever leave, you take a full copy of your database, your files and the source code of the modules built for you.

Upgrades included

Monitoring, daily backups, patches and version upgrades are part of support, on whatever you host on.

The same team

The team that built your setup is the team that supports it. Changes are made by people who already know how yours is built.

Odoo Studio or a custom module?

Odoo gives you two ways to change how it works, and the right one depends on the change.

Odoo Studio

Studio is Odoo’s built-in, no-code editor. It is a good fit for small changes: an extra field on a form, a new column in a list view, a simple automated action or a report layout. Changes made in Studio live inside your database and can be made quickly.

A custom module

A custom module is code written for your business and installed like any other Odoo app. It is the better fit when the change has logic behind it: approval rules, calculations, integrations with other software, or new screens. A module can be versioned, tested and carried from one Odoo version to the next.

In the free demo we look at each change you need and say which way fits, before any work starts.

Keeping customisations upgrade-safe.

Odoo releases a new version every year. Custom work keeps paying off only if it moves with you. The usual way to keep it upgrade-safe:

  • Separate modules, not edits to Odoo itself. Custom code lives in its own modules, so Odoo’s standard code stays untouched and can be updated.
  • Configuration before code. If Odoo can already do it with settings, that comes first; code is kept for what settings cannot do.
  • Tested on each new version. Before an upgrade, the custom modules are checked against the new version on a copy of your data.
  • Documented and handed over. You keep the source code of the modules built for you, so any Odoo partner can work on them later.

How it works.

  1. Map

We map how your business runs and what you need. You get a fixed-scope quote, in writing, before any work starts.

  2. Build

Odoo shaped around your processes: accounting and GST, approvals and roles, reports, and the integrations you need.

  3. Go live & support

Your team trains on real data, with a parallel run until the numbers match. Then the same team supports it.

What sets the cost.

It depends on scope: which apps you start with, how much data moves across, how many customisations and integrations you need, and how many people need training.

After a free demo you get one fixed price for all of it, in writing, before any work starts.

Your yearly Odoo plan

One price per company per year, set by how many people work in Odoo every day. Light users, who only approve, view or use self-service, are free.

Odoo customization questions

What can you customise in Odoo?

Approvals, reports, workflows, forms and connections to other software, built specifically for you. We also set up GST for your registrations and move your data across from Tally, Excel or your old system.

How much does Odoo customization cost?

It depends on scope: which apps you start with, how much data moves across, how many customisations and integrations you need, and how many people need training. After a free demo you get one fixed price for all of it, before any work starts. The yearly Odoo plan is on our pricing page.

Will our customisations survive Odoo upgrades?

Version upgrades are part of support, and the team that built your setup is the team that upgrades it, so your customisations are carried forward with it.

Do we own the custom code?

Yes. If you ever leave, you take a full copy of your database, your files and the source code of the modules built for you, free of charge. Your own IT team or any Odoo partner can take over.

Do you offer Odoo consulting, or only customization?

Both. Odoo consulting comes first: we map how your business runs and advise on what fits before you commit. The same team then configures Odoo, moves your data, builds what you need and supports it after go-live.

What happens in the free demo?

We walk through your current setup, show a demo built for your industry rather than a generic one, and give you a phased plan with a fixed quote. There is no obligation.
